Schools

The students of Lexington School in Los Gatos, California have written letters and raised money for the children at Chimoza; they have also helped to supply the community with much needed books.

Marlborough School, the oldest all-girls school in Los Angles, far exceeded their goal of $20,000, raising funds to build a sister school in Africa. This valiant effort originated out of "Q" Fund's ONE March. Thank you Marlborough!

We are continually inspired by the examples of the schools that participate in fund-raising and awareness, including the following:

Corporations, NGOs and Individuals

Anthony H. Kruse Foundation, a private foundation honoring the legacy of Anthony H. Kruse. The mission of the Anthony H. Kruse Foundation is to be a global thought and action leader in empowering people to improve their own lives through education and entrepreneurship.

Crocs™ are the official footwear for Chimoza. Students love the bright colors and the new feeling of having shoes on their feet. Thank you to all who donated, organized and shipped boxes filled with Crocs™ to Zambia.

Susila Dharma International and Susila Darma USA are humanitarian organizations that fully support the "Q" Funds efforts in Africa.

Seeds of Hope is dedicated to helping orphans around the world - their biggest projects are in Ndola, Zambia. They have provide flush toilets for the community at Chimoza, as well as educational programs for hygiene and sanitation.

Peter Max, world renowned artist and humanitarian has been so kind as to create the painting 'The Heart'.

Interair South Africa provided much needed assistance and contributions, allowing our work to thrive (see Interair inflight magazine article ).

UNICEF partnered with Chimoza Community school in 2005 when the "Q" fund's flagship school was chosen as one of 25 'model schools' in Zambia to implement an advanced teacher training program.

The MAC AIDS Foundation supported in part the "Q" fund's ONE March and ONE Summit activities.

We also recognize the following for much-valued help and contributions:
